Weekend mornings, what’s not to love about them? Especially when you have nothing planned or any obligations. Weekends translates to ”minimal effort” in my world, meaning wearing something comfortable and just enjoy whatever you are in the mood of doing.
As you know, I am a big fan of Shlimp & Ulrich statement necklaces, they make any dull look to something chicer – even your boyfriends big knitted sweater. Imagine what it can do to the rest of your clothes.

While some blogger friends argue that their boyfriends can’t take the right outfit picture, others argue that the photographing boyfriend end up living in the shadow of the blogger girlfriend.
Neither of these two arguments matches my realty – Alexander and I have been a couple and living together for one and a half year. (Read how me meet here)
Our journey of blogging and photography started very natural, both of us had an interest for photography, fashion and art. Alexander knew how to work a DSL camera, which was great for me since I have always wanted to learn to shoot with one. One thing lead to another, we started to publish our photos on Instagram, the respond was beyond our expectations so the transition felt natural.
The best thing about being a blogger is to establish a relationship with the readers, reading your comment and though. The second best thing is about my blogging journey is the fact that I am sharing it with the love of my life and best friend. Regardless is there are setbacks, challenges or successes – sharing them makes the journey so much more special. That’s my realty.

If there is a catchword that sums up 2015, it must be transparency. Whether it is in reference to Hillary Clinton’s emails: ”I am trying to be as transparent as I possibly can.” Or the fact that smartphones and social media have given us a direct view of what it’s like to be a black person in this country dealing with law enforcement officials, we are living in an age where formerly locked doors are being thrown open.
Let’s take the gender wage gap. It’s widely known that women get paid less than men over the course of their careers; 22 cents less per hour, to be exact. Women are paid even less than that in certain states, and significantly less if you are a woman of color: Hispanic women make 54 percent of white men’s salaries, black women 64 percent.
The fact that we know this, however, hasn’t resulted in much change: the wage gap has remained the same for more than a decade, and the Equal Pay Act hasn’t been updated in more than 50 years. (Efforts to amend the act are perpetually stalled in Congress.)

The weekend has been calm and relaxing, our apartment is really coming together I enjoy staying in. Led candles, drink tea, cook a nice meal and bake. Thought I share some detail shots from our place, and more pics if you guys are interested to see the whole place.
When it’s getting darker outside, the best you can do is bring a little bright yourself. Wearing my ice blue sweater today, ripped jeans, booties, one of favorite fedoras from River Island and Alexander Wang clutch while strolling with Alex in the streets of Stockholm. Click below to shop similar:
