Off Shoulder

In terms of favorite necklines, this one is a win every time – it breaths simplicity and chicness is a perfect symbios. Since denim and white tops are a reappearing favorite second skin, a off-shoulder top and button-up skirt felt like the best summer attire.

Nothing ground-breaking or challenging, just easy, uncomplicated basics that with combined with trusty to-go sunglasses, bag and lace-up gladiator sandals. Regardless if you’re strolling the streets during a urban summer or your summer resort, this look is a win – just like the neckline.

Call The Shots

Sometimes there’s nothing slicker than straight up black and white. A lack of colour need not be boring, as well as there is always a place for white trainers. Sometimes, there is nothing more captivating to take your favorite toy to town and captivate moments.

Although I’ve been an avid snapper for many years, my passion for photography keeps growing as I learn to master the arts of photography. I love to capture moments, people, feelings from my perspective which I am planning to share with you all shortly.

To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place. I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.” — Elliott Erwitt

As for this look, simple monochromatic dressing has always been an aesthetic that I’m down with. I’ve got no doubt these classic Stan Smith sneakers are deemed to become a repeat offender, and this slouchy (and slightly saucy) top is exactly what I’ll be wrapping up in when I hit the streets of Stockholm to capture more shots.

And on another note, being back home is great except the massive jetlag. Flying across the world didn’t hit me as hard as it does ones I’m back in Europe. Note to yourself: take a few days off before getting back to work when you travel across the globe!

Life Lately

Life lately has been a journey, literally that is. These past couple of weeks have been filled new emotions and ideas. Life lately, hasn’t changes really as much although things look different now. “Traveling is the only thing you buy that makes you richer. “ Yes and yes! I absolutley agree.

Traveling is an investment. It teaches you more about life than the 4 corners of your office in your 9 to 5 job. An Investment that cannot be snatched by anyone from you, like an education.

Couldn’t stay away from of my favorite spots in Santa Monica although I was jet lagged and had worked out that morning. Thats how much I like it.

What screams vacation more than hanging out by the pool and soaking in the sun while reading a book and enjoying a drink?

Coming back to The Grove was great, specially because I used to live very close by. This shot was taken one evening at Cheesecakes factory’s terass while having dinner with an old friend. We were both amazed over how beautiful the light hit the bounding as the sun was setting.

Visited Laguna Beach, words can’t describe how much I love this place. One of the most beautiful places that I’ve seen and so far my heaven or earth.

Another dish that was orded many times. And yes, this avocado toast the best I’ve ever had. Can Le Pain le Quotidien please open in Stockholm?

”It is the nature of the strong heart, that like the palm tree it strives ever upwards when it is most burdened.” – Sir Philip Sidney

A breakfast I always eat at Toast – Belgian waffles with strawberries, bananas and whipped cream. A pure dream on other words.

One of the things I love about LA is the street art, sometimes you stumble upon them and leave a mark – just as traveling does. It leaves a mark, memories and it can change you and your outlook  well the direction in life.

Pierre Balmain

The last couple of weeks has been so much fun and filled with emotions. As I wrote earlier, I knew this journey would open new doors and its amazing to see my prediction become reality. Although I would love to share every little detail, we’ll have to wait a little before I announe the news.

My schedule has been packed with seeing friends, running between meetings, grabbing a bite at my old favorite spots while getting work done in between. The memories that I will bring with me home are dear, the dearest are the ones where my friends and I goofed around in the car. Surely, you haven’t missed out on those moments if you’re following me on Snapchat.

During these past weeks, one piece in particular have been a devoted companion – this amazing studded leather jacket from Pierre Balmain. Since the weather gets a little chilly in the evenings, this jacket has come well handy. You know its a epitome of jackets when you put it on and you want to burst out a ”Wow”. As for this look, I wore it with a pair of black jeans, Topshop t-shirt, lace-up pumps from Schutz. One thing that I love about the Alexander Wang Dumbo clutch is the texture of the leather, it makes a look pop even if its in all black.

70’s Vibes

No one has missed out the biggest trend on the season, a trend that not only the fashion industry has adopted but also others such as the furniture and interior design companies as well. I have always had a special fascination for this era, from the fashion to the music and the political movements – basically it was an era that I wished I could have explored to the point where I used to tell my mom that I was born too late.

Although I really enjoy these 70’s vibes, sporting a a simplistic look with these influences can be a bit tricky. However, I feel the only way it can be done right is to stay true to yourself. Being a denim and white tee girl, this combination wearing a simple button a-line skirt felt natural. As for the shoes, they’re my favorite shoes from my time in Los Angeles. I remember seeing something similar on Miraslava Duma whom I’ve have the longest girl crush on, I was so happy when I stumbled upon them.

To complete the look I added my new sunglasses that I picked up at Loveyewear, the ultimate aviator glasses and my devoted day-today friend Mansur Gavriel bucket bag. I have worn this look in two different way after we shoot the look, which basically translates to an great outfit.
